Exactly, but Saddam didnt actually need to say the word Nazi or even hide it in his polictical documentation. All it needs to be is a thought in the back of his mind. Because you well know that if he even publicized the word Nazi with a link to himself he would have been out of power around 1968.
He's already said he's patterened himself after Stalin... Despots are as Despots do.
