I tried to repair my leaky washer fluid tank months ago with epoxy, and it held up until yesterday. Started to leak all over again. Anyone have any other ideas how to seal a hairline crack that's plastic and will be in wetness all the time?

polyester resin with cloth overtop should do it.. otherwise, junkyard

Just go to a junkyard an pay the $5 for a newer one.

slap some fiberglass cloth and resin on there , or like the rest said change it.

the bottom bolt on the washer fluid bottle is a pain in the ass actually. takes longer than 10 minutes imo.

Sand it some apply Epoxy Plastic Steel then some reinforcing material as a small sheet of metal then cover it with some more plastic steel and voi la, thatīs what I did on mine some 4 or 5 months ago and it is fine. there is some bolt very close and it was the cause of the small hole in the water tank, now it wonīt break the reinforced part.
