I have replaced my lower mount it will not stay tight i even tryed thread locker. I will admit i did kinda make a mistake a while back when i took it out i put antiseeze on it. Is this my problem if so how can i get it off i have tryed wipping it off to no avail pleease help

Why did you use anti-seize? Spray it off with brakekleen or something. Try the blue type thread lock. Usually it shouldnt come loose. Was there any type of locking washer? It looks like a washer that has been snapped. Make sure you put one back if you took it off. A regular washer wont work.

You need to get rid of the anti-seize before any thread lock will do much. Like he^^ said try brake clean or some other solvent to get it cleaned up.
