I have a 1999 Cavalier that needs to pass inspection but check engine light is ion..i pulled the codes and goes P0342 and P0107...what can i do to fix this?

My 96 throws a check engine light once a weeck it is PO107 "MAP circuit sensor low voltage", I´ve changed the MAP sensor and its connector and still the same, I think it may be the ECM (computer) but not sure so for now I live with it, What I do is reset the computer,by either:
1) Switch in ON with engine off for two minutes then back to OFF now I switch it to ON and back to OFF slowlly three times start the engine and no more warning light for a few days or
2) Engine OFF switch in ON position, disconnect tyhe neg. from Battery wait some 5 minutes then switch to OFF now connect the neg. from the battery. Free of the CEL light for a weeck or so, sometimes for a day or two others a weeck or some more. Hope this helps...
