My fuel pump has started humming, and I suspect it's not much longer for this world. Does anybody know where I can find just the PUMP without buying the whole assembly for a '97 2.2L? I can't find anything but the entire damn assembly. Any help would be appreciated!
Yea you won't find just the pump for our cars. Might just have to hit the junk yard for just the pump if you want to take that chance.

You tell ten lies. Ebay, they're around 25 or 30 bucks, comes with pump, pump filters, everything you'd need.
Your car may do 13 sec @ 103 mph, but my car does 146db @ 35 hz.

Personally, I would NEVER buy ANY auto repair part from ebay. Hell, I refuse to use ebay at all, amazon is much better, if not a bit more expensive generally.
Do me a favor. Go to Amazon, and search "cavalier fuel pump repair kit" and tell me how many you come up with. Got news for you guy, I bet this fuel pump module lasts longer than an Advance or Autozone pump assembly.
