75mm vs 52mm

This is a stock LS1 throttle body VS a stock LD9 throttle body. I had the two ripped down and got a laugh out of seeing the two together.

karo used a 70 or 75 mm truck throttle body on his slowfire


i think if the s/c will suck in all the air that can supply i might have enough fuel with my 36lb injectors to run it , LOL

im actually getting a LS1 tb from 1 of the GTP guys here for cheap

he was going to run s/c'd , but decieded to go with a turbo , so he sold of some of the stuff he had

Nice nice, all the electronics on the T/B are the same which is very nice for simplisity. the throttle cable will have to be modified, vaccum lines redone and an adapter plate made. Thats all I can see for now.

I wanted to this a few months back because my friend was going to give me his from the F-body, but my opening is at 60mm.

Let us know what you find out.

surely, I am gonna have to port out the opening to work with it but it can be done. After I make the standard spacers I'll make an LS1 adapter plate.If all goes when who knows I might add those to the list of idems for sale. The hard part of programing it into CAD will have been done then.
