ok everyone i feel like an idiot, i have a 1998 Cav ohv, here the thing i bought a Gtech pro ss, and it needs to know what my redline rpms is, seeing as i dont have one i need some one to tell me what rpm that is, also about what speed is 3500, 1400rpms ,i have 17 X 7 rims , some one please help me this gtech is soooo tight i jsut cant get it dialed in

The rev limit on the 2.2/2200 OHV is 6000rpm.

As for what speed you are going a a particular rpm, we need to know what your tire size is, what transmission you have and what the final drive ratio is. With out this info we can't calculate the speed you're going.

To find out what your final drive ratio is, look on the underside of your spare tire cover. All you RPO's are listed there, but verify the VIN on that sticker and you cars vin to make sure you still have the original list.

There are quite a few GM related web sites that have a RPO decoder. Do a search to find one of those sites.
