I know theres no flanges so its universal but magnaflow has alot of different ones. which one is best to use on the 2.4L?

i was also wondering if a highflow cat would even make a noticable difference. on most cars, a highflow cat alone wouldnt make a difference but i see alot of people on this forum upgrading.
