I am wondering what the problem could be i have a 2004 cavalier with 29000 miles on it. and when you are driving and got to step on the gas to pass anyone or climb a hill it just dosen't want to go. plus i noticed alot of smoke out the back when i started and ran it. A friend of mine said he thinks its the head . i mean its under the warranty, should i go get it checked out. it is my daily driver. The other thinig is i don't see anythinig leaking from the motor. thanks for your help.

sorry for the double post . but when you stand behind the car you get a antifreeze smell and in the car you get a burning smell.

well yeah if you have the waranty, might as well take advantage of it while you still can.. go go go

Sounds like a blown head gasket to me... coolant smell in the exhaust? Bad.
