I got a friend who can get some nitrous crap...40 shot of nitrous? just wondering what that shot would do to and for his 1980 1.8 toyota corolla........... or just for craps and giggles what it would do if he put it in his 3.0 duretech..its in a 1999 taurus?? Im a j-body person, dont worry, i just wanna know so i can laugh at him when he blows it up...let me know...thanks guys

I'm not quite sure I understand what you are trying to ask....

Considering very few if any people here have either or those cars or cars powered by those engines I doubt you can get a real answer here. I used to own a Taurus (OHV motor, not the Duratec) and there were guys on the forums I frequented with nitrous, so yes it is possible.

u could realistically run a 40 shot on both of those motors with no problems assuming they are healthy and have premium fuel and the system is jetted and installed properly. a set of good plugs one step colder wouldn't hurt. but the ford would be able to handle it much easier than the toy and would be a better choice just because the motor is larger and would be less of a shock for it done properly the motor would last a long time but remember PREMIUM FUEL. also everything i said is with me assuming the system is a wet kit. good luck let us know how it turns out
