i got the h.o manifold. whats the best size tb to use on it. im not boosted or anything like that. just the normal. intake, header, mounts, exhuast.

i hear of poeple going bing than that. is it better to stay at 56 or go bigger?
Stay 56mm.
Go too much bigger, you'll have to remove material around the tb opening on the manifold. And there's not much to remove without causing a problem.
