I was just wondering what you guy's think about the gtech prometer.I let a couple of friends borrow mine and these are the times they ran....Honda civic SI 14.7 with gtech and ran 14.6 at track.Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V 15.6 with gtech and 15.3 at track.I was just wanting to get your guy's opinion's on this matter. If this is in the wrong forum please move it thank's,later.
On my gtech you do not have to put in your weight unless you are looking to measure your horsepower.
maybe the track had more bite than the street
You need to ask the right questions. Here, I'll help, since I'm wondering if they really worth it. How well do they work? How accurate are they? How do they actually work, i.e. how do they figure RPM, speed, power, etc.?
Sorry about not being clear about my question,i meant to ask you guy's if you thought they were accurate and if you all would rely on the readings that it gives you.

i wasn't trying to be an ass or anything in cae you took that the wrong way.
the G-Tech is accrute within like .1 second of your time (give or take a few tenths)
but the info you enter into the G-tech has to be correct.
my suggstion to you and your buddies is take it to the track and try it there. see if it reads the same time as your slip.
