Alright quick question. which type of intake will give me more horsepower and a better sound: Short Ram intakes or Cold Air Intakes?
Neither. The temp differance is so small, that the differance is only in sound, and how much you pay.
agreed... u MAYB could get like 5 hp TOPS out of a short ram (like mine) but nuttin huge and its only sound... but it does make the car sound alot better!
agree with above, if you are doing an intake and plan on getting some hp out of it, get a cat-back to utilize the extra airflow more efficiently.
otherwise it sounds a lot more aggresive, especially if you open up the throttle from a dig or low RPM's
