well i did a search and came up with nothing, and yes it was all dates.
Im curious if its worth $30 for me to knife edge the 2200 crank, In an attempt to balance it much better then stock. Also for better oil control and less windage.

A freind works at a machine shop
do it up for sure, thats a a super good deal.
HP Tuners | Garrett T3/T04B | 2.5" Charge Pipes | 2.5" Downpipe | 650 Injectors | HO Manifold | Addco front/rear | Motor Mounts | HKS SSQV | Spec stage 3 | AEM UEGO Wideband | Team Green LSD | FMIC | 2.3 cams | 2.3 oil pump swap | 280WHP | Now ECOTECED
Whats average costs for something like that anyway?
thats a damn good deal as long as its a decent job saying its a friend and all...
imo most reputable machine shops do not have "set" prices for jobs, it all depends on the quality of the job and how long it takes. machine shops are straight labour and thats what you get charged.
around here just to knife edge a crank is around 150 and thats entry level.

Well ive seen his work and its good. and i have an extra crank so if he needs some extra time, its fine with me. I just ordered a teflon crankscraper for it being knife edged, i hope its worth the money.
IMO sounds like a steal, im thinking about getting mine done up some day, dunno when yet (probably when i do a rebuild). Lets us know how it turns out.
