Try to apply some heat with a butane torch, and rap the nuts/bolts with a hammer.

Don't forget to use antiseize when reassembling.

use a impact gun if your not already, if worse comes to worse youll have to break the bolts with it.

Dont use the impact until you try PB rust remover then heat,

Try the PB rust remover, several applications, if that doesn't work add heat with a blow torch, then try impact on them, otherwise your going to have to pull the damn motor most likely to get those bolts tapped out and thats a royal PITA!

Use a piece of pipe to lengthen your wrench. Leverage is your friend. Soak it with PB Blaster, let it sit for a while, then use your lengthened wrench to get it done.

its so werid. I never new about PB buster. I went to advanced auto and that was the first thing they recomended.

so far I have two off one had the head sheered off, and the other came undone. I have one more that Im just soaking and soaking. Im going to get it tommorow.

I do want to point out a good point. the bolts after the cat are only threaded to a certain point. so even if the head of the bolt comes off, you can take it apart. thanks guys.

consider this a bit of a pre warning. keep an eye out in the boost section. Ive been taking video pics and anything that will record.
