Your numbers seem a little low compairing to mine, and other cars. I think our motors stock dyno around 130 whp.
Hell they should be higher than mine easly.
Was your 15.1 run with nitrous? If it was I would thing your whp should be around 180ish or more.

That's what he gets for running a Dry shot, Zex. Perhaps that's why you see it a little lean too, the injectors arent keeping up with demand. Try a wet shot.
it was in 3rd. is there any to get more fuel inn without a wet kit, like hp tuners

more fuel = bigger injectors

All you need is more fuel and you'll be seeing 160's maybe even 170's. There might be some other tweaks with the engine that needs to be met to get you your net 180 someone mentioned you might have awhile ago.
If you ran a 123 stock and ran a 55 shot and only got 150-52 then that'll be solved by adding more fuel and/or making sure the bottle pressure is in optimum range so it's spraying at it's best potential for that shot.
For fuel you can get a FPR and injectors or you could go and get HpT and tweak the engine good enough to get in the 10's and possibly low 90's on just a 55shot. I personally don't know how well HpT tunes our cars yet even though I see alot of posts ( I need to do my own first hand research :coming soon
