Hey bro i see you on all the time so i know that youve prolly given it some thought but alot of your options hinge on the amount of power you wanna make from your turbo kit. I know you said bolt on but if you want a ton of psi its safer to build your engine all the way. I know of some guys that were runnin 15 psi on a stock engine with only fuel upgrades. Mines a daily driver so i wouldnt take the chance.
You've always got the possibility of the venom (overpriced IMO) intake mani or the rsm intake mani (which is just port matched to the rsm tb). I know you said bolt ons but still relatively cheap and easy are rocker arms.
Either way the msd stuff wont hurt you any and i think the hahn kit is sick... im lookin into it myself, just wanna make sure i can do it reliably.
Hope i helped some...

Venom doesn't make anything for the 2200 and rsm is outta the question. From what I heard rsm either went under or just sucks ass at shipping parts ordered. I do plan on building up a motor but I just want to do what I can to this one without pulling the bottom end outta the car.

2200 pullies? where did you find them? anyways yea i'd go with the MSD coilpacks, i have them on my 2200 and it really smoothed the idle out and i never had any problems with them
pullies have been around since rsm have been makin em, for atleast 2 years.
where should you go?
lighten everything up....
pullies, rocker arms, anything that moves and or rotates... if you need, i have a set of rocker arms from howell automotive for sale right now on ebay.
if you wanna go the msd route, i have that for sale as well, full setup, msd, coil packs, icm, and modded prongs so the arcing will not occur. its basically plug and play for the 2200 since its coming directly off my car, and the adapter blocks are already wired.
coil packs alone really dont do anything besides restore efficiency lost from the previous coil packs use. kinda like buying a new pair of the same style shoes.
off topic but what does the 2.3 tb do performace wise for the 2200?

Nope mine bolted right up no problems at all. I didn't even throw a code like most people did. But I did notice my idle was a little high for the first few minutes then after I shut if off and turned it back on it was normal again. This also makes your gas really touchey like if you just rest your foot on the gas just barley touching it it revs up a little.

The stock TB is 52mm on the 2200 ... but the 2.3 TB is 56mm. It may not look bigger from the start ... but put the two side by side.
Also,
Cavie Freak ... you forgot engine mounts

you could do the yank torque converter as another mod. that should help you out some. I hate to say it if there is some money to be spent HP tuners.

what is the 2.3 ho tb out of?

2.3 quad4 try to get the 92-94 grand ams, cutlass supreme's, or any GM that says "DOHC" on the fenders (I didn't get a code from them) they all have 56mm TB regardless of LO or HO. I got mine from both. the throttle plate may be worn out, too. if it whistles, throw it out and find another or get a new plate.
