there is no "best" setup .... its all in what you want out of it you could go either way

Turbo = highest HP potential on any 4 cylinder
Super= practically equivalent of a larger motor w/o the added weight (if it is a roots or twin screw style).
N/A= Most difficult to gain respectable HP, but definitely the most unique.
