would anyone know a vendor that sells a performance computer upgrade for hte 2.2L? i went to a few speedshops around where i live and they dont have any. not sure where to get one either.

there are, as far as I know, no "chips" for the Ecotec as you're thinking... there are a few tuners out there such as HP Tuners and Megasquirt and full stand-alones such as AEM EMS. Whatever you do, don't waste your money on one of those Venom "tuners"... they're a proven waste of money as all they do is dump more fuel in the motor... could do the same by flooring it...
