i am thinking of using the stock piping from my exhaust with a high flow cat, header, and muffler. i sm not so good it the performance in cars. i do more work with the audio and electronics side. would i see a noticeable gain and has anyone done this. also i have a 97 cavalier that is totalled and my 2001 cavalier that i have been workin on. does the 97 2.2 exhaust bolt up to the 2200 motor in my 01. thanx

you wont see much of a gain. when doing exhaust work. get the whole thing. header, high flow cat, mandrel bend pipe (or at least compression, not crush bend), 18 inch resonator so it dont sound like ass, and a muffler
