I am getting ready to put on an HO mani on my 2000 z. I have everything i need. I have the install manual also. I was just wondering if it is possible to use the 2.4 tb and if there are any problems if i try to do that. Also any other info would be great help!

I just finished swapping my 2.4 TB on yesterday to my HO mani, I previously had the 90-92 2.3 TB (which sux BTW).

The 2.4 throttle bracket WILL NOT WORK, it hits the radiator hose and you will have no room for the braket much less the cable.
I used a newer model 2.3 bracket from th 93-95 model TB's and cut a little out of the bracket to clear the throttle wheel.
You will need to cut your intake tube (if you haven't already)
You will need to modify your throttle cable, you will have slack from using the 2.3 bracket. Advance had these things called "cable stops" they were in the "Help" section, they work GREAT, just put a little thread lock on the bolt.
Other than that it is just like the regular install.

Any questions email or IM, ill try and help.

I used the 2.4 T/B and cable braket. The hose is in the way but i just kinda moved it a little. The cruse will not work b/c of the hose, you have to get a 95 Z cavy cable braket that has cruse on it. If you get one of those then just flip the cruse box around and all the cables reach with no mods. Hope that helps, all that info is in the given link and on the org. Good Luck
