Has anyone ever thought about putting the Cobalt SS engine(LSJ) into a cavalier? I have an 05 and i was just wondering if anyone has done it or if its even possiple.
why no..this hasnt been asked 100 times a day! and no so far no one has done it...for a couple reasons..
its wayy to expensive to even try and you can get MUCH better gains by putting LESS money into the motor you already have....
why is it you people want that motor in your J so bad?????

Probably, because
if it were a direct bolt up and go, it would be cheaper, faster and easier than ripping the 2.2 engine apart to bulletproof it. That is my guess.

probably because the lsj is only a forced induction motor...

it wont work easily due to the oil pan and the crank. crank sensor is different.
