I need to know yes or no whether I can just purchase a set of the secret cams and install them no mods to the motor or anything.
I realize i will need gaskets and such but is there any modifying to the block or anything else needed?
I just want to be absolutely sure so i dont pooch my motor.

No. They run fine on a stock untuned motor.
However, if you want the most out of them, the best method is to tune for the slightly higher power band.
