question....
are the motor mounts on a 2.4L, in say a cavalier, the same as the the motor mounts for a 3.4L in a Grand Am?
I am thinking about putting a 3.4 in and just want to know if the mounts match up.
did you mean 2.4 from a grand am?

I am just doing some rough research to figure out how well the engine will fit in to the bay using the stock 3.4L motor mounts out of a grand am. those motor mounts use the same location as the 2.4L motor mounts in the grand am se. because the grand am se comes with the 2.4 which uses the same motor mounts as the 2.4 in a j body.....so if you put 2+2 together you should be able to use the grand am motor mount on the j right(with little or no fab)???? or correct me if i am wrong....... sorry if that speech got really confusing
