advice on 3400 swap

looking for a 3400 to drop in my 88 z24... came across a 3.4 DOHC out of a 95 monte carlo... 58,000 miles, car totaled from rear end... asking $550 for the motor....wondering is it worth it, and how much work will be involved to make this 3.4 sit where my 2.8 currently does?? thanks. Also, an estimate on total price of other parts and stuff that i will need during this swap would be great, or a simple breakdown

You will need the engine, wiring harness, ECU at least

Also, check out 60degreeV6.com, there's some good tech articles on adapting that motor to OBD1
