i got a 2.2 sunfire now and i'm looking to engine swap it out for something better.what will be a good swap for my car??????
the 2.4 ecotec is more of a PITA and would cost more than what you are willing to spend. besides no one has done such a swap yet. no one probaly will either. unless you meant Ecotec 2.2 or 2.4 Twin Cam.
anyways, a 2.4 would probaly be more on the easy side than the 2.2 ecotec.

personally i think if your gonna go thru all the trouble of swapping engines and trannys you might as well get the strongest one you can..so i say 2.3 quad 4 High Output .....you expected any less?
