What head you're running has no effect on what pushrods you use.

What does matter:
Is the head shaved?
Is the block shaved?
Are you using a stock thickness headgasket?
Are you using a stock cam?
Are you using stock valve springs?
Are you running stock RPM?
Have you added/removed guideplates?

You need to find out if the head has been shaved at all. Also, there is no reason to run a thicker gasket (if anything, run thinner). But, if you do, you will need custom length pushrods, or at least adjustable rockers.
