I got a 96 cavy. It needs rings, a clutch, and 3rd gear syncro. Its got 172k miles on it and I need a summer project . So i was thinking of doing either a 2.4L swap or eco. I do want to go turbo running around 14lbs. I know I need to build the engine and am not affraid to do so. I love the getreg in the phase 2 and 3's however Im not so up for much customizing of trans mounts and everything so Im going to stay with the @!#$ty isuzu trans. But my real question lies in what engines more turbo enjoyable? I'm really leaning eco cause 4 vpc is rather nice. But what is involved in the swap with either? engine, wiring harness and comp. anything else?
