supposedly. I have personally never tried it, but its been discussed as a very successful mod on here several times.

Yes it does. I have it on my J. I have also helped install it on another J and recommended it to others and it has worked. Also STI's do a similar thing (but they have a actually spacer made for this). Works well for high-flow cats, or no cat applications.
