Well depends how you take the word "FAB"
On all pacesetter systems you need to cut the stock downpipe and slip over the header downpipe, so there is a little cutting.

not on the 95-97 2.2 ohvs , they actually use a bolt in cat
ive heard of some early 98's being the same way
you can see there is a 3 bolt flange on the pipe on the right that goes to the cat
