im gettin my exhaust redone to 3" stainless with a pacesetter hi flow metal core cat and an HKS Ti Hi power muffler. im also puttin on a pacesetter 4-1 header. the shop is gonna weld in the 3 oxy sensor bungs that are needed so thats not a problem,(one is for my wideband gauge) my question is, will the hi flo cat pace the emissions test for a new york state inspection?? basically will it throw a code and make the check engine light come on? all the bungs will be in the proper places and so on, and pace setter certifies that all their cats are card approved, but just wanna make sure. and fyi, im goin to 3" b/c i plan to boost and dont fel like havin my exhaust done twice. any one that has any experience with this specific cat and NY state inspection, your advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks
