i drive an 2002 cavalier with 2.2 ecotec, i had the header on for about 5 month and already had problems. i had to replace my power steering hose twice, because its been
rubbing ageints it, and i have recheck all the bolts and nut weekly and still rubbing, i have now order the tusdo header and hopefully it wont give me that problem, just wanted to share my perblem with yall. and let yall be aware of that.

The Pacesetter I had on my Sunflower never gave me any problems, and you shouldn't have any either. The power steering hose can easily be relocated and zip-tied away from the header. If it's the metal line part, you can bend it away also. Just be careful though. And also, if you are using the factory nuts to hold the header on, they are a locking-nut and shouldn't work themselves loose. If they do, just use a little loctite on the threads and you will be fine.

^^^^ like he said , it would be easier to move the line so your not having a problem

ive yet to have seen a post with ps line issues like yours , so something musta been done different on yours , like they didnt clock the line at the rack

Hmm weird, I'm having the same problem with my Tsudo header on my 03, it was sitting right on the power steering line rubbing a hole in it. I cut up the old exhaust manifold heat shield and stuffed it between the header and ps line. Seems to be doing the job but still wanna try another header. I was gonna try a pacesetter, maybe not now.....

maybe you shouldnt wrap the header with header wrap , or get the painted header

on the PS line , have you tried moving the line ? i know both lines going into the rack are hard metal lines , but they do bend , just be carefull in bending them as to not kink the line , or change the way it seats in the rack
