hey .org friends ... i have a huge problem ... im planning on going turbo with my 96 cavz24 i´ve bought already wiseco pistons oversize to .20 with its piston rings and i just got the eagle & beam forged rods for this pistons .. but there is a problem .. once i put both pistons and rods together ... they have a little play .... there is any reason why this is happening ?

Did you buy them new? Is there play between the rod and the wrist pin or between the wrist pin and the piston?

The rod and wrist pin should actually not fit together out of the box. You should have to sand down the brass on the rods to make them fit to the wrist pin on the piston. if there is already play between the wrist pin and the rod, then I would be worried.
