looking for aftermarket exhaust info, fit, finish, etc...

Im looking to replace the exhaust on my o4 cavi ls sport. Ive had enough exhaust systems in my driving history that I dont need to know what sounds better, besides thats different to each person.

What I would like some info on is the general fit and finish of systems such as Vibrant, Thermal R&D, RK Sport, etc. In particular I need to make sure the muffler/tip is going to hang where its supposed to as my car is the ls sport and has the opening in the bumper. Id really hate to get a system and find the muff rubs against the bumper.

So if anyones got some info, especially people who own a LS sport with an aftermarket system, please lemme in on the info.

PS: yes I know getting a muffler shop to do a custom would be cheaper, but Ive yet to find a muffler shop that can do a system without at least one of the welds leaking...

I have the Pacesetter on my 96'. I was happy with the sound and tone. But its rusting cuz of just being painted and the install gave me alittle bit of a head ache.
