1st question how much should i retard the crank??? new upgrades in motor. 8 psi 12 peak i keep the 9.5 : 1 compression? with 2.3 HO cams ?? .......

2nd Question need to mod the harness on my car 97' 2.4 motor 01' 2200 harness in the car, i wanna keep the lights half in but i want my swap to not look like @!#$ useing switchs. but i cant figure the problems with the ign switch and the tumbler? any know where i can get a labeld harness diagram???
