Since when did Venom make intake manifolds for our cars?
Caution: I have an odd sense of humor, so don't be offended by the things I say

MMMM, HIDs
This is the intake manifold for the 2.4 engine by Venom.
It won't work for the Eco engine.

venom has been making intake manifolds for the 2.4 for a while now.

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
If I'm not mistaken, Venom DOES, or at least DID have an Eco manifold... It was a sort of scroll-style, similar to the Eco's stock manifold, but made of aluminum with what looked like a larger plenum and shorter runners. It could have been some other company, but I swear when PJ showed me it about a year ago (maybe more... yeesh) it was a Venom.
ANYWAY, I'm not aware of anyone who's actually run one, but people on here don't hesitate to bash it and say "its not worth the money". I've never seen dyno-proven results, but that could just be because of how damn cheap people are on this forum. If it makes gains or not, I can't tell you, if its worth it or not, I can't tell you. But if you've got the money and are willing to give it a shot, I BEG of you to do back to back dyno testing with the stock manifold and then this one with no other changes. It would be great to finally learn if there are gains and if so, how much of a gain there is. I know Venom has at least an "ok" rep in the honda community, and I have seen some hondas dyno 12-15 hp gains from installing one. The key, as with any higher-volume manifold, is to put it on an engine that suits it, one thats boosted, or one that has an aggressive NA build. On a stock car staying in the stock rev limit, I doubt there'd be much to gain. But there IS
potential for those with crazier setups.
EDIT** Did a check and the Venom Eco manifold DID exist, but was discontinued. Apparently, they also had one for the 94-97 2.2's also, but that was also discontinued. First I've ever heard of that one.

nobody bought it so they stopped making it.
I wanted to try it too. oh well.
pj there has got to be at least one out there, keep an eye out
i have the one for the 2.4 twin cam and love it, the quality is outstanding and top notch. unfortunately i doubt it helped my car, but its still n/a... we will see when i finally get boost to determine if it helps or not.

Rollin' on question marks since 07.
Nobody bought it because the manifold was a picture on the internet with no info that they were selling for $1000... no thanks.
Its like if someone walked up to you with a cup of mystery fluid and said here give me $100 and I'll pour this in gas tank, I'd pass on that as well.
Yeah most of the forum is cheap... they ones who aren't are the ones who are smart with their money.
