Alrighty-o ladies and gents, i got a smallll problem.
Bought aqn AEM Short Ram Intake for my 2.4 sunfire the other day... Installation went good except for one partt... the black breather hose.
Where it goes on teh 'black canister', it is flared.. I can get it on the flare so that it stays temporarily, but not far enough on to get the hose clamp on to keep it there.. Any suggestions???
give it some lube....it shouldnt be that hard to get it on
Yes, a small amount of petroleum jelly or Sil-glide silicone gelatin automotive lubricant will help it ease into place.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
KY? maybe some AstroGlide??
