well i got to dyno my z24 at Carlisle Performance and Style last weekend. With all my mods listed below i was able to put down 180hp and 177ft lbs tq.

2.4l ld9 stock engine with 164k miles.
gmpp m45 supercharger kit with stock gm reflash
smoothflow pulleys 2.6" pulley seeing 6psi/7 close to redline
stock 310cc injectors
stock 52mm throttlebody
stock length supercharger belt
tsudo 4-1 header with 2.25" piping and a high flow cat and magnaflow resonator to a free flowing muffler
rsm light weight stock sized crank pulley and their lower engine mount
rk sport upper mount insert
stock clutch and trans
coolingmist meth injection kit with stock nozzle injected through a throttlebody spacer
2.2l coil swap conversion with msd coils and ngk tr6 plugs gapped at .028
cold air intake in fender with junk pepboys filter that was dirty

Now since the car show ive installed:
RSM 62mm throttle body
new K&n air filter per instructions of RD FAB.

I must say i noticed a huge improvement with the new throttlebody.

I think that is a tad low. I am hoping for closer to 200hp @ the wheels myself. I dynoed 157hp without the SC

Do you have a picture of your meth injection nozzle in the throttle body spacer??

I would like to get dynoed sometime soon, and Im hoping for atleast around 200whp. My mods will be:

gmsc
2.6 pulley
coolingmist kit tapped in tb spacer
stans header w/ full 2.5" exhaust
mdld9 crank pulley
ttr upper, rk lower, ttr auto trans mount
autotrans interceptor
rsm 62mm tb
2.2 coil swap w/ msd wires
ac delete pulley
ecotec aem fenderwell intake modded to fit

I already have the tb spacer, and picking up a coolingmist kit very soon. Also Im about to get a wideband so I can get a decent hpt tune. And if I dont get 200whp, I have secret cams and a ported head sitting here next to me as well

yeah you need tuning, the reflash is making you rich as hell which is killing your power. Also the flash retards the timing ALOT so deff room for improvement in just simple tuning.
