i tried to just send my crank to jbp but they say i have to go through an auth. dealer. whats that all about? i want to send them a crank to get the 'polished and modified' service cause i spun a bearing and for $104 thats cheaper than a shop can do it around here.

couple ?'s: is there a dealer on here anywhere? and if i get the polised and modified service what kind of bearings do i need to put back in it? thanks

I find it suprising that thier machining services are done "through authorised dealers"....doesnt make sense to me...

I have heard good/bad things about them (JBP, not USDautosports).

As far as bearings, it depends on if they cut it down....I would recomend the proper sized clevite 77's...oversized if necessary.

There is (to my knowledge) no JBP rep on the org.
