haha got el tardo here. HERE COMES THE LOCK!!!!!!!
2000 Cavalier Sedan.
ok it was a simple ?.Is there a way of going past 105 mph

13.520 @ 98mph! 220whp 234tq
haha read and read some more, then REALIZE unless ur running under (what is it guys) 13.4 or 13.6 in the quarter mile, there is NO NEED to remove it, and no one on here will tell u how.
LOL wow...you're seriously....uninformed if you think you're going to get an answer to that here...
I wonder how many people have gotten flamed for asking that question already XD
ok if im racing someone on the highway I allways lose cause of the limiter.

13.520 @ 98mph! 220whp 234tq
One other thing...if you had a car capable (safe) to run this speed, you would know how to do it yourself...
Actualy I went 14.5 at 108.92 in the 1/4.

Great lack of traction.
You cant legaly go that fast on public roads and based on your profile you are a long way away from needing it at the track. dont ask stupid questions around here in teh future.

why is everyone one throwing such a b**ch fit over such a simple question?????lol

13.520 @ 98mph! 220whp 234tq
then dont race on the highway....DUH!!!!!!! for real dude....are u trying to get banned from this site....lol
I know ANY forum I belong to will ban you almost instantly for promoting or advocating street racing....so yeah there ya go
I know how to, I know how to! Go to another forum for this one! IM not being a d**k, but I agree with these guys, unless you have a car capable of performing those kinds of speeds, don't worry about it. 105 is 30MPH faster than the national speed limit, and I think that should be plenty.

but u get the point right?
I guess it is capable of these speeds(safe) seeing as it has z rated tires.........

13.520 @ 98mph! 220whp 234tq
z rated tires dont make ur car capable or safe...i have way more mods then you, and i dont even have a lot, and my car is not even safe or CAPABLE of those speeds....GM cut the fuel to the engine at 106 for a reason....if u want to go faster then 106 first off, dont post on here about it, and secondly get a car desinged to drive that fast. teh moer u post here the most people will bash you...the topic u choice to ask about is stickied here for one, and NO ONE here will help you out with it

Yes it is possible. Do some reading about HP Tuners.
Also if you are losing at 105mph you are going to lose anyways.

hope you brought your flame suit buddy

this keep getting more funny by the minute
first question and then i will give you an answer if you answer correctly, why do you need to go that fast?
next. just because you have Z rated tires.... doesnt mean jack @!#$. you need brakes to stop the car from going that fast, then you need suspension to handle that. then you need a good driver to handle that even more. believe me you have a long ways to go before you need to disable it. there is no reason for you to even go 108(04 eco was at that) kids like you are the ones that die in car crashes from driving too fast.

OH yes i get the point. I had a different way of getting around the limiter than suggested but im still not telling this person of great common sense.
Yes I hav gone way over the limit on public roads. Yes it was an incredibly retarded thing of me to do. NO it was not what I would call safe at those speeds. Just because your tires are rated for a higher speed does not mean that your car or even you are capable of handleing that speed. If you continue to push this topic I will be forced to ask you to please run into a fixed object at the legal posed speed limit for your local highway.
BTW I also pulled off a 13.9 at 103.
hahah ibtl ..... count down begins
