Anti-Fouler Mod

My Car 03 Eco, Cat deleted, 18" magnaflow 2.5" resonator in its place

Got the Foulers, Drilled one of em out with a 1/2 drill bit, Currently waiting for my 02 bung to arrive in the mail. Ebay company is taking unusually long with shipping. My question before i weld the 02 bung into place is dose it matter where it is on the Exhaust pipe. So basically im asking should i put the 02 bung before or after the resonator? The picture can explain it more. Yes i read the entire thread. but i didnt see anything on if placement was important. Also this works with out a cat right?

I would place it as far back as you can. The further away the more the air mixture is going to change.

hey just measured my stock 02 wire length. it isnt long enough to reach to behind the resonator because the resonator is so long. so my question is, can i extend these wires with regular automotive wire, or should i just weld the bung before the resonator and hope for luck

You can extend the wires, just do it on the HARNESS side, so if you ever need to change the sensor, you dont need to re-do the extension.

Sorry I would never do it on the harness side. I would do it on the sensor side. I would probably place the sensor before the resonator, and not extend the wires.
