LE61T PTE6262 Powered
and intake doing 9+whp = god send.. I do not think its possible.
My Cav
I give up...
i'm buying a VW those people love trees, so they should love eachother too... "Andy"

LE61T PTE6262 Powered
The air filter sits in front of the trans, and there were no offerings for the auto.........
(as it should be

)
I felt a noticable improvement over my AEM when my filter was in good shape.
now that the filter is trashed, i still felt some gain.... just not as much.

thats probably the best intake for these cars, ID are good too.

Does anyone make an intake similar to this one? I would buy one if there was one. you can't argue with 9-11whp gain.
I want some better pics lol time to do some searching

It will still heat soak in a hurry. Aluminum transfers heat very well.

FORGET GIRLS GONE WILD WE HAVE GOVERNMENT SPENDING GONE WILD!
I can understand coating pipes that need to keep hot things hot, but relatively speaking there
can not be that much of a temperature rise in the engine compartment.
If it is really an issue, use pipe insulation on the outside.

That's an intake I haven't heard of for about 5-6 years. I remember the maker of them was battling someone over design infringements. Domestictunerz days.

Yep. I remember when Nick Carney made his own CAI for his 2.4 and it dyno'd at 11 hp gain at Lingerfelter.

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
Ahhh the memories.
I remember the T.O. intake and the fact that the auto guys couldn't really use something like that because of the lack of space.

And the DTZ also brings back many memories.
Most have moved on to the DSCTunerHaven where I still post to this day.
Nice intake though, even by todays standards.
