I have a 96 Z24. I just dropped my motor back from putting new rings and a head gasket in. Now I have a bad oil leak from the knock sensor, dipstick area. The motor was taking all the way down to a bare block for cleaning so the knock sensor was removed. The knock sensor would not thread all the way back and I could still see a couple threads so Im assuming thats where it is coming from. . .
Opinions?

im not sure on that but on a sbc the knock sensor goes to a coolant port for a block drain maybe it needs thread sealer
Check the dip stick o-ring.
