ok so apparently in order to get a car registered that you buy out of state you need a vin tracing with a pencil, this is @!#$ impossible because its under the windshield
the other option is to have a mechanic verify the mileage on some form, but this is also impossible SINCE THE CAR DOES NOT HAVE TAGS IT CANT BE DRIVEN
i dont even know what to do i am so pissed right now, is anyone on here a state inspection mechanic that can come out to where the car is?

You didn't get a temp tag? How'd you get the car? I'd call PennDot to see what your options are.
Our WS6 is from Virginia, we had Virginia temps for quite a while until all the paperwork & junk was taken care of.
My cousin's WS6 came from Jersey and he didnt have any problem driving it home.

That wouldnt work because the car HAS to be at a certified inspection station.

Take it to a notary place. Like Susan said, the WS6 came from Virgina. I went down, picked it up with temp Virgina tags on it. I had 30 days to get it registered and inspected. I took it to Brimmer's (a notary place). The lady went outside, verified my VIN, bent me over the counter and had her way with me with no lube and sandpaper for the sales tax, and I was on my way.
As a side now, Allstate said that my policy with the Sunfire would cover the T/A for 30 days or until I got it registered in PA and it had it's own policy.

no, anyone with an insepction license can do it, it doesnt have to take place at the station though.
If you didnt get temp plates, and want to do it 100% legal, you will have to have it towed to the closest inspection station.
If it were me, I would take plates off of one of my other cars, and drive it down there.
Use the vin on the side of the engine if you can get to it easier. I would just call a budy with an inspectors license or a notory and ask them to aprove it for you.

This is how you do it. Just make sure to behave all the way from point A to point B
if you have an out of state title you can use that to register it. what state did it come from and how did you get it home?
I ended up having to get a cop drive out and sign a penndot form, what a freaking runaround
