I am wondering what lowering spring i should go with for a nice low drop; but i dont want anythuing cheap that will sag......
I have been running eibach prokit lowering springs on my sunfire sedan for over 4 years now; but they are only a 1.4 inch drop all the way around, i want something lower; what should i go with, goldlines, sprint, sportlines, teins??????

read the FAQ/sticky at the top of the page
the eibach sportlines are as low as you can go unless you go with coils, and they are a good ride with the right kind of struts. either konis or d-specs.
SIG coming to an org near you!!!
Yeah i was thinking of eibach sportlines; but i know they are 1.7 in the front, and 2.3 in the rear; but sprints settle to two all the way around there for sprint would be lower in the front then sportlines.
Sportlines are not listed for the sunfire, just the cavy, but both cars use the same springs right, so i can go with sportlines on my sunfire.

i was dumb and did not know better 4 years ago; if i could do over wich i might, i will go with a lower drop.
I just went into a shop 4 years ago and said i want lowering springs and those are the ones they ordered for my sunfire; damm them, lol; awesome springs anyhow for handeling.

probably cause he plans on using stock struts.... its the cool thing to do now-a-days.
I have sprint springs if you want an even trade I'm up for it pm me.

No talk of struts because i dont think that far ahead, lol; i know people who have been running stock struts with sportlines, i know they will eventually go, and go alot faster due to the drop.
Cant really trade them up even, i need my springs off and others put on, and me not knowing how to change springs out; I would be paying twice for labour in order to change springs for an even trade; cant do that, lol.
I WILL be waitting to the spring before i get any new lowering springs, too close to winter now.
Thanks everyone.........

well its your money and your risk so do as you wish
I know what your saying, and i dont really have money at the moment to replace struts if i go lower then my prokit; so i may have to wait.
I pmd you back "The01cav"

i have the tein lowering springs and tokico d-specs on my 04 cavvy even though its a 1.7 frnt 1.5 rear drp my car handles so much better and the drop looks really nice the only thing i found out though is if i would drop it ne more id b scrapin my car alot of places i drive round here (nebraska) so i think personally that teins would b enough for u...fyi i spent about 780 dollars for this setup
Not bad price, only thing hurting me is that i spent like $700.00 when i first bought my springs and had them installed; so what ever i do now with springs i will be in the whole, i will be doing things twice now; but thats my fault and i want my car lower.
