It will go lower than the kit. If you figure something out let everyone know. My only idea was to make a spacer on the strut mounts but never got around to doing it. I have an old picture from when my car was red and I was bleading the tank to replace something and I had it on 2x4's.
But I lost that pic.
One of the only reasons that I never did it was because I did not know if it was safe to do. Make a spacer between the mount or above the mount. I don't know whatever.
So answear YES it does go lower than the kit will allow.

well time to make something isn't it

I was thinking the same thing about a spacers and with me having the kit molded I really don't want to brake something

check my cardomain page. i have pics when i use to have the drift it. like dave siad, you cant lay it all the way out without crushing the kit. the lowest i could go was about 10psi in each bag til the whole kit was touching the ground

Weld some blocks underneath the car so they act as stoppers so if you do lose pressure, it wont go any further than that block will allow it too.

ok I got an idea what if you take the easystreet strut mounts off and put the stock mounts on insteat that should give about 1/2-1" of hight to it do you think that would be enough I think that just might do the job

ESB did that on his fronts I believe only because he was tired of the crappy front mounts for some reason. Well he had the lowest Jbody at the time so no help there lol.
He also had to modify the mount hole to accept the easystreet strut.

on my car the skirts are the lowest part (by about an inch) my front tires keep my front from going too low, but in the rear i built a drag block assembly to make sure i dont crush the skirts, and i can throw sparks! i have it set up so there is always half an inch of clearance.

well found out last night that my wheels are well just too wide and thats a problem now more than the skirts sitting to low but I think I have things worked out

just waiting on some materials to be delivered and in about a week I should be set with some pics to show of it
