Well right now im in a jamb. A dead line for me to have suspension is come sort of fast and right now Jason is out of stock of the SS and has the Basics. I need to know the differences in the two ASAP if possible.
Thanks for any ehlp anyone can get me and i would LOVE to know by tomorrow noon!
Tein would be the best people to ask about that.....check on there site.
If I were you I'd wait and get the SS's, you'll not regret it.
DEFINATELY hold out for the SS, the basics are nice but they dont have all the bells and whistles. such as adjustable dampening, as much height adjustment, available pollow ball uppermounts, ect.. if your source is out of stock i can get em for you with the pillow ball upper mounts for $1170 + shipping.

Ya Jason is out of stock but sence i posted i got bored and started resarching and ya ill just have to wait my turn on the SS's
Thanks for the fast comments guys!
Only difference is the SS's have the pillowball mounts and adjustable dampening.
The Basics are nice and firm though, and the upper piece fits the stock 2k+ strut mounts really nicely allowing no spring movement. Never had a problem with them nor my stock strut mounts.
Go with the SS.
The bad news is TEIN is out of stock for the SS and they're not expecting until end of April.
rawkfist - It's not that I am out of stock on the SS's... I don't stock that type of item here.
Tein is the one out of stock on the SS's right now.

thats what i ment jason

sorry for not saying i didn't mean to accedently bring the company down.
I know I don't post on here often but if you're really looking for a set of the Tein SS, I have some for sale in the classifieds.
$400.00 more and you get solid mounts all around and camber adjustable pillowballs in the front. Your getting a lot more for your money with the the Super Streets along with adjustability. If your going on some bad roads soften them up. Going for a highway trip, or a backroad cruise firm em up a little.
Going to the strip, put the rears on full stiff so the front won't transition as much weight to the rear.
But mostly for the solid mounts and the pillowball camber plates in the front.
