There are two style of front mounts available. The first design has a replaceable bearing assembly, while the second design is a single piece. Some prefer the first design, some prefer the 2nd. I personally have used the 1st design in my car just because it was what was on there and it was easy to swap out. The 2nd design is cheaper usually less than $40 each, while the first design is usually in the $60-80 each range. I have no idea if one or the other is any better. On my setup with Koni Reds, the 2nd design would have been a real PITA since I wouldn't have been able to use an open-end wrench along with an allen wrench to hold the shaft.

As for is this all you will need? In theory yes. I am not sure if you will have the top washer/cap piece that goes on top of the mount. That may be additional hardware you will need since the auction isn't clear if it includes that or not. I know the current Monroe part that O'Reilly's sells does not come with that part, you have to order it.

Second Design

FYI, on the links I provided you can get a set of the Monroe mounts with Lifetime warranty for under $100. They were about $20 more 2 months ago when I replaced mine. May be worth it to be able to pick these up locally instead of dealing with ebay.
