Does anybody know an estimate on what the complete front big brake upgrade kit is going for????
I can't find it anywhere thanks.
The Silver J......Ridin' Clean....

The best price your gonna get is through Karo at www.carcustoms.net. I think its about $930 for the kit, and he'll ship 'em at no extra cost.

ive heard list is 931 and u cannot go under that. the SS lines REQUIRED are also like 75-100 bucks. some companies will give the "free ss lines" or w/e, but the price doesn't go below 931. or 831 + ss lines of 100, etc.

Why not just order the parts required (minus the lines) from Wilwood, and then pick up some lines somewhere else. $75-100 for two braided brake lines is highway robbery. I can almost guarantee it will cost less than $831 for just the parts direct-ordered from Wilwood.

the lines are supposedly wilwood-specific for their calipers.

yeah they are specific to their kit , they dont have a banjo end like most do
but talk to karo , if you email him today , you might not get a reply tell later today or tommorow , he was out of town , and is trying to catch up from all his email from just before the bash tell now

I know there are companies out there that produce fittings for Wilwood calipers. I'm not trying to shoot anyone down here, I just don't understand why anyone would drop that much on bigger brakes. You could probably use the Bonneville setup and it would work. Probably even easier than on a 2nd gen since there is already a steering arm on the spindle.

weight is the biggest issue for me , thats why i got the wilwoods

I have 2 kits in stock right now ready to ship out. E mail me if your interested I will see what I can do for you . . . .
