Hello all!

Since there are alot of people with much more knowledge then me on this forum (suspension) i wanted to get your opinon....

Im tryin to lower my 03 cavalier about 2.5 or 3 inches. But there are TONS of products out there...i have researched the coilovers, lowering springs all and this good stuff but cant really decide...
I dont race at all, im only doing it so the car would look better (trough my eyes)
the area where i live in its not too bumpy but its not the best road either...
for a comfortable ride and being able to lower the car what would you recomend?
im also looking for long term change and not something that i have to change every year or so....

any suggestions? thanks Jbody!!!!! YOU GUY'S ROCK!

well coilovers have a higher spring rate so they are kinda stiff and u will get a stiff ride more than likely and if u get any type of suspension mod like springs or coilovers make sure u get the right struts cuz if not youll be like me hitting ur head on the dips on the highway. ur probably gonna want coilovers if u want to go that low and ur gonna need some koni yellows even though they wont warrentee that low of a drop. in my opinion just get some eibach sportlines and koni yellows the sportlines are like 2.25 in the back and 1.9 in the front or something like that. but its up to u and how much money u want to spend. see ya!!!!!!!!!

You could always get a set of coil-overs with a softer spring rate. You would have to special order them (I know GC will sell you whatever you want, same price), but it may just be worth it.

1) you wont find any springs that go that low
2) unless bagged, driving around lowered 3" arent good for the struts, even if you have konis
3) if you get coils you need konis
